CAKE BREAK!

RIG Healthcare - in Beckenham is preparing to bake their socks off on Friday 4 May for one of the nations most mouth-watering fundraising events - Cake Break.

Cake Break, sponsored by Wright’s Baking, is a deliciously easy way for everyone to fundraise for the Multiple Sclerosis (MS) Society while enjoying lots of cake, guilt-free. All money raised goes towards supporting people affected by MS across the UK.

Muffin mania will hit Beckenham at 3pm at Provident House, Burrell Row and everyone is invited to come along and tuck in. A large selection of tasty treats will be on show and there will be a raffle.

Cake Break is taking place in MS Week (30 April- 6 May), which aims to raise awareness of the most common disabling neurological condition affecting young adults. An estimated 100,000 people have MS in the UK however there’s currently no cure and few effective treatments available.

Kathryn Scorer who is organising the event, said:
“Cake Break is such an easy way to help raise money for a worthwhile cause, there’s no excuse not to take part- who doesn’t love cake???

"Here at RIG Healthcare we supply many professionals who specialise in neuro work from OT's and Physio's to Speech & Language Therapists and always want to support any charity that makes peoples lives easier within this field."

The RIG team look forward to seeing you on 4th May!

“The MS Society provides invaluable support to people affected by multiple sclerosis in Bromley & Beckenham and across the UK so to help them continue to do so by taking part in Cake Break is a piece of cake.”
